StartX provides you services to discover and engage with startups in India. Startup founders signup and publish information about their venture. Investors and other users signup and get to discover a wide range of startups in diverse domains. Investors can then make an informed decision about investing in the venture. StartX only provides a platform to bring the stakeholders together and provide services that is a win-win for all. StartX provides general information only and the information has been prepared without taking into account any particular person’s objectives, financial situation or needs. Before acting on such information, you should consider the appropriateness of the information having regard to your personal objectives, financial situation or needs. In particular, you should do your due diligence before investing or engaging with the startups. We will not be held liable for any kind of losses, damages, etc. or any consequential or inconsequential or intended or unintended results or outcomes that happen due to the interaction between the investor/user(s) and the startup. Users acknowledge that they are logging in and using our platform on their own volition and there is no soliciting of any kind. Please remember, past performance is not a guarantee of future results.
Personal Responsibility:
We aim to accurately represent the information provided by the startups on our platform. You are acknowledging that you are participating voluntarily in using our platform, services, and/or products, and you alone are solely and personally responsible for your results.
No Guarantees:
Our role is to provide you an application, a platform, a marketplace, engagement tools and other services to help/assist you in your discovery and engagement process with the startups. Your success depends primarily on your own effort, motivation, commitment and follow-through. We cannot and do not guarantee that you will attain a particular result, and you accept the risk that results differ for each individual. We are not liable for any action or inaction of the investor or for any consequence, result or outcome arising from the investors action or inaction.
Misuse of the Services:
You also agree not to misuse the Services, for example, by interfering with them or accessing them using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide. You agree that you will not work around any technical limitations in the software provided to you as part of the Services, or reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software, except and only to the extent that applicable law expressly permits. You may not do any of the following while accessing or using the Services: (i) access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Services, our computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of our providers; (ii) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measures; (iii) access or search or attempt to access or search the Services by any means (automated or otherwise) other than through our currently available, published interfaces that are provided by us (and only pursuant to the applicable terms and conditions), unless you have been specifically allowed to do so in a separate agreement with us (NOTE: crawling or scraping the Services in any form, for any purpose without our prior written consent is expressly prohibited); (iv) forge any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or posting, or in any way use the Services to send altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information; (v) interfere with, or disrupt, (or attempt to do so), the access of any user, host or network, including, without limitation, sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, mail-bombing the Services, or by scripting the creation of Content in such a manner as to interfere with or create an undue burden on the Services. It is also a violation of these Terms to facilitate or assist others in violating these Terms, including by distributing products or services that enable or encourage violation of these Terms.
Disputes:
Any dispute related in any way to using our application or your visit to our platform, website, or use/access to our services shall be arbitrated in english language by state or federal court in Bangalore, India and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Refund Policy:
Amount once paid (using our payment gateway) will not be refunded. Please read our instructions carefully before making a payment. If you have any questions please reach out to our support team at support@startx.co.in.
By using our application, platform, website, services, and/or products you accept all our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to suspend/delete any account that is in violation of our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to add/modify/change/alter this Terms of Service agreement anytime we find it to be necessary. You also consent to agree to the new Terms of Service, when it comes into force, even if you have not explicitly logged out of our application/platform and logged in again and accepted our new Terms of Service.
